🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years in healthcare or outbound calling roles
• 1 year in healthcare contact center or outbound environment
• Exceptional customer service with empathy
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Able to learn quickly and work independently
