Healthcare Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain healthcare analytics tools that help improve how health plan members use medical
• Develop and enhance Evio's digital health tools that deliver clinical insights to physicians in
• Collaborate with Evio clinicians to develop real-world evidence (RWE) studies using claims data
• Partner with Evio's technology team to ingest and standardize medical and pharmacy claims data
• Collaborate across analytics, clinical, and technology teams to identify and implement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a healthcare data analyst at a health plan
• Deep understanding of medical and pharmacy claims data, including claim-line-level analysis
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and/or comparable analytics and modeling tools
• Familiarity with Medi-Span or First Databank, HCPCS and CPT coding systems, and their application
• Experience working with large, complex databases and process automation
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail, with the ability to
