📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and scale analytics in Artemetrx.
• Build predictive models to inform cost and utilization decisions.
• Analyze healthcare claims data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches with teams.
• Prepare, clean, transform, and validate data for analysis.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data science, analytics, or healthcare analytics.
• Bachelor's in data science, statistics, math, or CS; master's preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data, pharmacy/PBM data, or claims analytics.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and ML.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
