📋 Description

• Lead a nationwide HEM team in Germany for market access and patient pathways.
• Design, negotiate, and implement innovative care projects.
• Coordinate with RAMs and Market Access Leads to ensure regional access.
• Engage stakeholders across payers, providers, and decision-makers.
• Ensure holistic access strategies across product lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in health economics, sciences, or economics; AMG §75 knowledge.
• At least 7 years in market access or health policy in pharma.
• Deep understanding of market access, patient pathways, and German system.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic, regional collaboration with decision-makers; proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication in German and English.
