📋 Description

• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients
• Educate patients on RPM and CCM programs
• Answer Medicare-related questions (coverage, participation, opt-out)
• Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients
• Accurately document call notes and patient information
• Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients
• Strong spoken English; easily understood by older adults
• Reliable high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps)
• Quiet, professional home office setup
• Headset with clear microphone
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours
• Comfortable with consistent outbound calling
