📋 Description

• Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and sustained
• Assess revenue cycle environments, identify performance gaps, quantify financial opportunities
• Drive transformation across the full revenue cycle, including patient access and authorization
• Help clients improve cash conversion, working capital, net revenue realization, cost to collect
• Advise clients on operating model transformation, shared services, vendor and outsourcing
• Lead teams and client stakeholders through complex situations, including underperformance, rapid

🎯 Requirements

• Significant progressive experience across healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations
• Revenue cycle subject matter expert with deep end-to-end knowledge across professional and facility
• Consulting or advisory experience and can translate deep industry expertise into actionable
• Demonstrated track record of transforming complex or underperforming revenue cycle operations and
• Significant experience with health systems, hospitals, physician enterprises, physician practice
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of revenue cycle through the broader lens of liquidity
