Healthcare Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate start-up for clinical trials across site network.
• Support high-volume patient visits and study activity in a busy clinic.
• Communicate with sites nationwide; adapt as study needs evolve.
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and ad hoc requests across multiple studies.
• Provide consistent communication with sponsors, CROs, and internal stakeholders throughout start-up.
• Deliver materials, summaries, and operational support to launch studies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1+ year of professional experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and time management in healthcare/clinical research.
• Onsite Monday–Friday; local candidates preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, EMR systems, and technical software.
