Healthcare Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage study start-up activities within the team’s control, with the goal of positioning DelRicht
• Establish, maintain, and communicate accurate activation timelines
• Maintain detailed project plans reflecting site, study team, and centralized department
• Identify study-specific barriers, dependencies, and trial-limiting factors early
• Monitor study activation, first patient screening, first patient visits, and first randomization
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to assigned coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience, preferably in a healthcare project management position
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare operations
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
• Experience coaching, training, or providing day-to-day leadership to team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
