📋 Description

• Undertake HRL valuation assignments allocated by senior team members, ensuring that work is
• Conduct property inspections across Queensland, collecting and verifying relevant property, tenancy
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all client and valuation matters.
• Keep up to date with International Valuation Standards, Australian Property Institute standards
• Comply with Colliers policies, procedures and best practice requirements.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in line with professional and client standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in valuing institutional grade properties; previous exposure to Healthcare
• A degree in Real Estate or Property related discipline is preferred.
• A CPV qualified valuer and preferably a registered Valuer in QLD.
• Strong practical experience in commercial property inspections, market research, comparable
• Good understanding of commercial valuation methodologies and the ability to apply them
• Strong numerical, analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
