Healthcare Talent Sourcer

📋 Description

• Source candidates for Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) roles across the United States.
• Identify professionals in healthcare sales, business development, account management, and referrals.
• Proactively engage candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience and requirements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates; maintain ATS data.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Director or Team Lead to refine target profiles and adjust sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as Talent Sourcer, HR Recruiter, or Healthcare Recruiter (Mandatory)
• Experience recruiting in healthcare/hospice/home health/pharma preferred
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with strong written/verbal skills
• Proactive sourcing techniques and Boolean searches
• Hands-on LinkedIn and job boards experience (e.g., Indeed)
• ATS experience; Workday knowledge preferred
