Open Enrollment: coordinate renewals, enrollment windows, reconciliation
Producer Support: proposal prep, quote organization, CRM maintenance

🎯 Requirements

Employee Navigator expertise (hands-on setup/config)
2+ years benefits admin or insurance CSR experience
HIPAA compliant
9 AM - 1 PM CST availability
Group health insurance & PEO knowledge
Excel proficiency
