📋 Description

• Call patients to relay test results promptly.
• Create and process referrals for specialised healthcare providers.
• Order labs and imaging; coordinate appointments.
• Maintain EMR; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Use Avaya soft phone to interact with patients and healthcare providers.

🎯 Requirements

• RN License (Philippines or USRN)
• 1+ year as Medical Virtual Assistant
• Specialisation in patient care, family medicine, acute care, or clinical settings preferred
• Excellent English (C1 level)
• Strong medical terminology knowledge
• Proficient in EHR/EMR; troubleshoot tech issues
• Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Tech-savvy; desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Able to work graveyard shift
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main computer: 1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM
• Main Internet: 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet: 10 Mbps
