📋 Description

• Manage prior authorizations and related admin paperwork
• Document new patient and referral intake
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
• Input patient data and billing into EMR/EHR (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
• Process insurance claims and verify coverage
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and coordinate medical records as directed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical field or pharma-related industry
• 3+ years as Medical Virtual Assistant (psychiatry preferred)
• Excellent English (C1+)
• Proficient in EHR/EMR and medical terminology
• Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy regulations
• Graveyard shift availability; tech savvy (cloud/VoIP)
