Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation (Remote but must Reside in California)

📋 Description

• Managing a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseload
• Communicating with relevant parties involved in a case
• Attending all case related hearings
• Maintaining case notes
• Reviewing and evaluating case files
• Possible traveling to WCAB locations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience as a Hearing Representative (Workers' Comp)
• Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation
• Knowledge of EAMS, e-filing, AME/PQME
• Strong attention to detail; able to read details on screens
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with little supervision
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Teams
