Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation (Remote) - California Residents Only

📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume workers' compensation caseload
• Communicate with parties involved in a case
• Attend all case-related hearings
• Maintain detailed case notes
• Review and evaluate case files
• Travel to WCAB locations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years as Hearing Representative (Workers' Comp) preferred
• Knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation required
• Understanding of EAMS, e-filing, AME/PQME processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on screens
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
