Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation (Remote - Field work - Fresno, CA)

📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume Workers' Compensation caseload
• Communicate with parties involved in cases
• Attend all case-related hearings
• Maintain case notes
• Review and evaluate case files
• Travel to WCAB locations to appear in hearings and trials

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation (Required)
• Understanding of WC system: EAMS, E-filing, AME/PQME
• 1+ years’ experience as a WC Hearing Representative
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
