📋 Description

• Support grantees and internal teams throughout the complete grants management lifecycle, from
• Create and maintain contact, organization, grant, and other records, ensuring information remains
• Track narrative and financial reports, follow up on outstanding documentation, and help maintain
• Determine grantee eligibility and support due diligence activities in coordination with relevant
• Provide technical support to staff and grantees using the Fluxx grants management system and assist
• Develop templates, tools, dashboards, and recurring processes that improve the efficiency and

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience, including experience in a nonprofit environment
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive, as well as
• Experience coordinating complex, collaborative projects and managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent customer service and
• Highly collaborative approach with a partnership mindset and the ability to work effectively across
• Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate evolving

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $59,500–$70,000 per year.
