📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the satellite shop location and maintain a fully staffed team of
• Provide hands-on leadership by diagnosing repair needs and assisting technicians with the
• Coordinate the daily shop schedule and workflow to ensure efficient service operations.
• Monitor technician productivity and shop performance to meet company benchmarks for labor hours and
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure all work meets company and industry expectations.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms and industry-standard tools, including Cummins and PACCAR

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Class A driver’s license (Preferred)
• Previous experience in heavy-duty diesel repair, with the ability to diagnose and assist with
• Prior leadership or shop management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck diagnostics, including experience with OEM diagnostic software
• Familiarity with industry diagnostic platforms such as Snap-on, JPRO, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to manage workflow, technicians, and shop productivity in a fast-paced service environment.
