• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers related to the maintenance and repair
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities.
• Requisition of materials and supplies.
• Supervise and support when needed the team in Heavy Duty Mechanics (HDM) to perform major and minor
• Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed.
• Supervise and support when needed the team in performing different maintenance services.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Proven experience as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic with expertise in diagnosing and repairing various heavy
• Related studies would be considered.
• Proficient in using computerized and other testing equipment for fault identification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, as well as the ability to work independently.
