Heavy Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (Starship)

📋 Description

• Manage a team of technicians specializing in a large variety of equipment repair
• Lead and manage staff technicians, including all performance management, coaching, and development
• Oversee fleet asset utilization for both heavy and light duty equipment
• Review work orders, repair data, inventory practices; recommend changes to improve safety
• Assess and vet skillsets required for fleet operations; identify training needs and develop or
• Provide data and reporting on fleet metrics, equipment utilization, labor hours, and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 8+ years of experience in Fleet Operations (preferably supporting vehicle or large-asset fleets)
• 3+ years of experience leading Repair/Technician teams in a high-tempo operational environment
