HELOC Closing & Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day closing and investor delivery for the HELOC lending platform
• Coordinate accurate, timely closings and loan delivery
• Serve as primary point of contact for borrowers, settlement agents, and investor partners from
• Help develop and document HELOC closing and investor-delivery checklists, LOS workflows, RON and
• Review HELOC files post-credit approval to confirm prior-to-closing conditions, disclosures, and
• Review title commitments, lien reports, payoff statements, subordination agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in mortgage or HELOC closing, post-closing, or loan delivery
• Working knowledge of HELOC/home equity lending lifecycle
• Experience reviewing loan files and closing documents
• Experience with loan origination system (Vesta plus)
• Familiarity with eClosing, e-signature, RON platforms (DocMagic plus)
