  • Wipe/reimage/restore Macs; Druva backup experience preferred.
  • Use Jira Service Management; document work clearly; update Confluence.
  • Collaborate with US IT and Security; some Pacific Time meetings.

  • 1-2 years IT support experience, ideally in software or SaaS.
  • Strong macOS/Windows support; Jamf Pro and Workforce One for device mgmt.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace admin tools and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Druva or cloud backup/restore solutions is a plus.
  • Basic Okta or identity management knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication; able to work independently; remote-friendly; English.
