Help Desk Specialist - Intune

📋 Description

• Design, configuration, and management of endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune /
• Managing the lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, including imaging, packaging
• Managing and optimizing virtual desktop environments via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows
• Supporting device enrollment in Microsoft Entra ID and managing user authentication issues (MFA
• Configuring and managing endpoint security baselines via Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Managing printing infrastructure and corporate peripherals.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Workplace Engineering, Endpoint Management, or similar technical
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Experience with imaging, software packaging, and deployment tasks.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and Apple device management solutions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
