📋 Description

  • Receive, triage, and respond to inbound tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
  • Support remote desktop sessions and basic AD tasks (Active Directory/Azure AD) under guidance.
  • Document interactions, steps, and resolutions in the PSA/ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear handoff notes.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, device setup, and access provisioning.

🎯 Requirements

  • Genuine IT passion and desire to grow within an MSP.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common business apps.
  • Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to follow processes, take direction, and escalate appropriately.
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
