📋 Description

• IT Relationship Management: primary contact for local users.
• Project Management: track deliverables and status with the team.
• Service Desk: lead local service desk and incident resolution.
• Identity and Access Management: provisioning and access control.
• IT Asset Management: procure, lifecycle, and disposal of assets.
• ITSM and ITIL: improve processes, CMDB usage, SLAs and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 3-5 years IT ops, helpdesk or tech support.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and cybersecurity.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+, Security+; Azure Foundations.
• PMP or formal PM training is a plus.
