📋 Description

• Lead medical strategy and external engagement for VEXAS
• Drive US medical strategy; educate HCPs, payers, patient groups
• Medical voice for VEXAS; partner with Brand Team cross-functionally
• Plan and run advisory boards, webinars, symposia, congress presence
• Develop field materials with Field Medical; share medical insights
• Build cross-functional relationships across MA, Medical Info, Clinical Development, Sales, Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD
• Minimum 3 years as Associate or Medical Director
• Travel up to 50%, primarily domestic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts for varied audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful bi-directional relationships with the medical community
