📋 Description

• Lead medical strategy for VEXAS and external clinician engagement
• Partner with Field Medical to strengthen KOL engagement
• Plan and run advisory boards, webinars, and congress presence
• Generate and share medical insights to refine strategy
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing
• Support evidence generation and publications for VEXAS

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD
• 3+ years as Associate/Medical Director
• Travel up to 50%, primarily domestic
• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Build meaningful, bidirectional medical relationships
• Collaborative cross-functional mindset with patient focus
