Hematology Medical Director, VEXAS

📋 Description

• Lead medical strategy for VEXAS and external clinician engagement
• Partner with the Field Medical Team to strengthen KOL and institution engagement for VEXAS
• Collaborate with Field Medical to identify resources and co-develop field materials for VEXAS
• Lead advisory boards and educational activities, including webinars and symposia
• Generate medical insights with internal partners to refine strategy and tactics
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across MA, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Sales, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD
• Minimum of 3 years as an Associate or Medical Director
• Travel up to 50%, primarily domestic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful, bi-directional relationships with the medical community
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen with strategic and analytical thinking
