Hematology Medical Director, VEXAS

📋 Description

• Lead medical strategy for VEXAS across academic, community, and multidisciplinary care.
• Partner with Field Medical to develop KOL engagement plans for VEXAS.
• Collaborate with Field Medical to identify resources and co-develop field materials for VEXAS.
• Lead advisory boards and medical education activities (webinars, roundtables, symposia).
• Generate and share medical insights to refine strategy and tactics.
• Build cross-functional relationships across MA, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Sales, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Associate or Medical Director
• Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily domestic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with the medical community
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen with strategic and analytical thinking
