🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of real-world healthcare data research (claims data)
• Experience researching medication adherence and outcomes
• Hands-on SQL, R, Python for analyses
• Strong statistics: multivariable models, confounding bias
• Knowledge of causal inference: diff-in-differences, matching
