📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities and support households to help clients stay safe at home.
• Provide one-on-one care and support for activities of daily living in the client’s home.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as assigned, including transfers and use of lifting
• Travel to clients’ homes to deliver care as assigned by BAYADA.
• Support clients with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed.

• Commitment to presence, quality care, and client respect.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect; ability to travel to clients’ homes.
