HHA, Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and companionship per written plan of care
• Support activities of daily living to help clients stay safe at home
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and meal prep
• Support household tasks and light housekeeping to maintain a clean home
• Assist with mobility and transfers; use of lifting devices as needed
• Provide medication reminders as appropriate

• Previous home health care experience welcomed; training provided
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to delivering quality, compassionate care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
