High Power Electrical Engineer II

📋 Description

• Develop electrical project designs and construction drawings for launch facilities.
• Design electrical systems from 22.5 kV to 120 V and support power distribution.
• Plan installation, power generation, control, and sequencing systems.
• Prepare RFPs, bid packages, and evaluate subcontractors.
• Develop electrical system requirements and participate in design reviews.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with electrical system design, troubleshooting, operations.
• Experience with power generation, redundancy, or high-power applications in aerospace/industrial
• Experience supporting power distribution, protection, controls, or sequencing systems.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with diverse teams.
• Background with high-pressure environments and sound judgment.
