  • Lead support for students with special needs to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual
  • Provide critical guidance to Lead Teachers to ensure that all staff are complying with and meeting
  • Work closely with the Assistant Principal of Culture and Assistant Principal of Student Support
  • Assist in the implementation of positive school investment systems.
  • Work closely with the student support team to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and

🎯 Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Registered Behavior Technician
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification
  • Experience teaching or servicing children
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Starting salary for first year teachers begins at $56,171; those with a conferred advanced degree
  • Salary is commensurate with experience; staff members receive up to a 2% yearly raise.
  • This position is exempt and will follow a 10-month work schedule.

  • Certificated staff have access to the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System pension plan (TCRS)
