• Plan and use appropriate instructional strategies, activities, materials, and equipment.
• Use progress-monitoring tools to analyze student results and adjust strategies.
• Use data to inform instructional decisions.
• Provide students with daily feedback on mastery performance in character and academics.
• Collaborate with school team and KIPP Nashville.
• Establish strong communication with parents and share progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Tennessee teaching license or proof of enrollment in job-embedded Educator Preparation
• Conferred Bachelor's degree.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.
• 1-2 years teaching Computer Science, Coding, or Cyber Security preferred.
• Passionate about data-driven instruction.
• Commitment to working with students from educationally under-resourced communities.
