📋 Description

• Ensure the full upkeep and high-functionality of assigned building
• Responsible for ensuring preventive maintenance and repairs on campus
• Planning and execution of major projects and annual summer work including painting, floor care
• Responsible for facility related compliance
• Ensure all required permits are maintained and in place for each facility
• Coordinate and oversee snow removal and landscaping in coordination with the DSO at assigned campus

🎁 Benefits

• Minimum base salary range $55,000 to $70,000 (per 1.0 FTE/45 hours per week)
• $1,000 signing bonus
• Annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years
