High School Intervention Specialist

📋 Description

• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Design instructional strategies aligned to Ohio standards
• Provide direct intervention for students with disabilities
• Differentiate instruction and modify curriculum
• Collaborate with general education teachers to co-teach
• Serve as liaison between students, families and providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college
• Current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or pursue via one of 3 pathways
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Experience with ETR meetings and writing ETR part 1
• Experience writing IEPs, progress monitoring and data collection
• Experience using SameGoal for special ed documents
