🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. The successful candidate must be professionally fluent in
• 1-3 years of experience in workforce development, career counseling, or a related area; experience
• Experience working with WIOA programs, case management, or similar government-funded workforce
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with high
• Knowledge of career counseling techniques and workforce development practices.
• Familiarity with WIOA regulations and guidelines, including eligibility criteria and reporting
