High School: Operations Manager - Greater Boston, MA (2026-2027)

📋 Description

• Manage year-long and short term strategic projects around the school
• Engage in, and manage projects from beginning to end with little initial direction
• Manage up when needed and get the information needed to accomplish objectives
• When something is wrong, fix it. When something could be better, refine it
• May manage the staff and day to day of our Nutrition Team
• May manage the staff and day to day of our Front Desk Team

• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite of Applications
• Excel formula experience is a requirement
• Multi-lingual (strongly preferred)
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience (strongly preferred)

🎁 Benefits

• The minimum base salary range for this exempt position is $55,000 to $70,000 (per 1.0 FTE/45 hours
• This role follows our 12 Month calendar.
