📋 Description

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM
• Plan and adapt units and lessons that build conceptual understanding
• Use data to drive instruction and reteach as needed
• Differentiate and scaffold instruction for diverse learners
• Provide timely, actionable feedback tied to rubrics
• Establish a safe, joyful classroom culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Commitment to KIPP's mission and core beliefs
• Pass professional reference check, I-9 verification, state background check
• At least two years of teaching experience in urban, open enrollment schools (preferred)
• State-issued teaching credential (preferred)
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
