Design, simulate electro-optical blocks for silicon photonics
Design, simulate RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
Derive specifications for Photonics IC and Electrical IC subsystems
Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/Microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS
Collaborate with systems, DSP, electro-optics, and ASIC teams to partition HW/SW
Perform IC floor planning and layout

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer engineering, or CS
2+ years of photonics or electro-optical IC design
Proficiency with simulation tools: Spectre, ADS, HFSS, Momentum
Experience with SiGe or CMOS high-speed analog/RF circuits
Knowledge of SerDes, NRZ, PAM4 and high-speed links
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
