📋 Description

• Provide interim leadership for advancement departments, including day-to-day guidance
• Oversee current advancement projects and initiatives, providing direction, structure, and subject
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of advancement operations, identifying gaps, risks, and
• Evaluate existing policies, procedures, staffing structures, and responsibilities to determine how
• Lead business process reviews and help design future-state processes that improve operational
• Advise clients on how to maximize their advancement and fundraising technology to support

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a senior-level advancement professional within a higher education
• Experience with the conversion, oversight, administration, or management of modern fundraising and
• Familiarity with advancement technologies such as Ellucian CRM Advance, Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud
• Experience assessing advancement operations and developing recommendations for process, policy
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse
• Experience preparing organizations and individuals for change while supporting ongoing operational
