• Be a hands on leader and actively engage your team
• Promote a safe work environment at all times
• Direct, guide, train, and coach warehouse staff
• Manage, evaluate and report on fulfillment productivity/efficiency
• Prepare work schedules and assign work as applicable
• Ensure all processes and policies are adhered to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of Fulfillment Experience, with experience in an automated pick environment
• 5 years leading a team in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptable
• Continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen)
• Demonstrated experience with process improvements, KPI's & financial results
• Hands-on experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (such as NetSuite)
