📋 Description

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of DDA and DVR.
• Conduct assessments and interviews with clients to determine eligibility.
• Communicate effectively to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with team members.
• Discover and maintain knowledge of clients' employment goals, potential employer matches, and case
• Assist clients in assessing and furthering career growth and skills.
• Assist clients in obtaining gainful employment at wages at or above minimum wage.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in social service field preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• One year related experience/training working with people in crisis, specifically in employment
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

🎁 Benefits

• Starting wage: $23.00/hour; Full wage scale: $23.00-$25.65/hour.
• Full-time hours (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday daytime with some nights/weekends flexibility.
