HL7 / SYSTEMS INTEGRATION ENGINEER

📋 Description

• Lead HL7 integration projects across healthcare systems.
• Design and implement HL7 integrations with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
• Lead HL7 interface mapping: ADT, data flows, alarms.
• Coordinate with customers and hospital IT to define requirements.
• Conduct demos and help customers overcome implementation challenges.
• Support testing, validation, and go-live strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT, systems integration, healthcare tech, or related role.
• Strong HL7 experience with ADT, ORU, ORM messaging.
• Experience delivering healthcare tech solutions as vendor/consultant/employee.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to communicate with customers and engineers.
• Experience managing multiple projects; HL7 certifications a plus.
