📋 Description

• Be the trusted partner for three CoCs: serve as primary Bitfocus contact for CoC and HMIS Lead
• Shape scope and contracts: define which functions Bitfocus delivers, manage contracts, renewals
• Keep delivery on track: ensure contracted deliverables land on schedule, reconcile invoicing with
• Lead and grow your team: recruit, train, mentor, evaluate direct reports, give feedback, coach team
• Plan for coverage: set priorities, balance workload, resize capacity with contract/temporary staff
• Stay hands-on: configure Clarity Human Services, support users, build reports/dashboards in Looker

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading a team, supervising staff at multiple levels, giving performance feedback
• 6+ years in homelessness response or human services; bachelor's degree in social work, planning
• Strong relationship skills with civic leaders, social service staff, community stakeholders
• Project delivery mindset: managed projects from conception to completion with contractual
• Clear communication: negotiate in sensitive situations, explain technical/policy concepts to
• Sound judgment under pressure: timely decisions, logical analysis, learn new software quickly
