📋 Description

• Drive sales growth by understanding the specific needs of HOAs and property management companies
• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, referrals, and targeted market
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand client relationships and increase
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate, real-time updates through CRM tools.
• Prepare customized sales proposals, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and recommend pricing strategies
• Provide consultative support to prospective and existing clients before and after the sale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in deposit and treasury management sales or a related area. An
• Strong understanding of state and federal banking regulations, operational policies, and financial
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
