Home Care Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise Home Care Assistants delivering daily living tasks in participants homes.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train and coach Home Care Assistants to meet WelbeHealth standards.
• Provide feedback to agencies/contracted vendors on caregiver performance and interactions.
• Maintain certification records for Home Care Assistants; ensure current credentials.
• Audit Home Care Assistant documentation and coach on improvements.
• Collaborate with the Home Health Manager to train on home exercise programs per care plan.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor degree preferred.
• 1+ year supervising Home Care Assistants for frail/elderly.
• 2+ years supervisory experience mentoring teams.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; maintain ongoing.
