Home Care Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee the Home Health Aide team that perform activities of daily living to WelbeHealth
• Interview, hire, on-board, train and provide feedback to Home Health Aides, ensuring knowledge
• Provide feedback to agencies/contracted vendors on external caregiver performance and participant
• Maintain records of compliance with certification for certified Home Health Aides and ensure
• Regularly audit accuracy and timeliness of Home Health Aides documentation, provide training and
• Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor’s degree preferred (an additional two years of
• Minimum one (1) year of experience overseeing a team of Home Care Assistants providing care to a
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team
• Reliable means of transportation
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification
