Follow a nurse's plan to deliver personal care, household support, and companionship.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to help clients stay safe and independent.
Travel to clients' homes to deliver care as assigned.
Provide one-on-one care and companionship to support daily living at home.
